The only restriction we have in this program is that we request affiliates do not brand the IDX solution such as to imply that the IDX solution is a product of the affiliates. For example, our normal link at the bottom of our IDX solution states Powered by MLSSoftware.com and has a hyperlink to our web site.

Template Capability
Our IDX solution resides on our dedicated servers and has two possible installation scenarios. One solution is allowing the search to appear in a framed environment. This works well in situations where the clients control panel allows for the creation of framed links. The other implementation is by creating a header and footer (from a master template) and creating a branded flyer header and uploading the three files to our server. This process eliminates the need for frames.

Areas of Coverage
We currently have identified 25 states with over 60 boards that we can provide IDX solutions for, not all are currently active and available at this time. We are also actively searching out other areas, states and boards as the opportunities arise. For your reference we have posted these areas on our website at http://www.mlssoftware.com/boards.htm  .
