The only restriction we have in this program is that we request affiliates do not brand the IDX solution such as to imply that the IDX solution is a product of the affiliates. For example, our normal link at the bottom of our IDX solution states Powered by MLSSoftware.com and has a hyperlink to our web site. We will take this link off your solution, we simply don’t want you to replace it with your information.

Template Capability
Our IDX solution resides on our dedicated servers and has two possible installation scenarios. One solution is allowing the search to appear in a framed environment. This works well in situations where the clients control panel allows for the creation of framed links. The other implementation is by creating a header and footer (from a master template) and creating a branded flyer header and uploading the three files to our server. This process eliminates the need for frames. In other words, we’ll keep the design and look as the original website. In some cases, flash heavy websites do not work.
